Paul Meyers, Sr. launched South East Golf Car Company, a family-owned and operated business, when his Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership offered its first three-wheeled, electric golf car in 1963. The seven-car sideline soon emerged as a business in its own right, as golf car owners, professionals, superintendents, and general managers throughout the region were drawn to South East Golf Car Company's superior service and proven value.

In the mid-1980's, however, Harley-Davidson divested its golf car business and South East made the transition to Club Car, an American manufacturer of the most efficient electric and gas-powered vehicles in the market. We are currently Club Car's largest distributor in northeast Ohio!

The South East "family" continues to grow as we added South East Polaris (www.southeastpolaris.com) in the mid-1990's. South East Polaris sells american-made Polaris ATVs, watercraft, snowmobiles, and Victory motorcylces, as well as the full line of Sugar Sand.
