On November 7, 2017 I had occasion to require service on my 2013 Club Car Precedent that I did not purchase from Southeast Club Car. I contacted SE service manager Dave Hughes. On the phone I found Dave friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by the entire staff, and I do mean the ENTIRE STAFF, as though I was their best customer.

Even though the shop was extremely busy my cart was brought into the service bay within a few minutes of arrival. Again treatment as though I was their best customer.

Dave and the service staff quickly diagnosed the problem and it was repaired while I waited.

I have been a "motor-head" for most of my 76 years and I have found only a very small number of service departments that can even approach the level of Southeast.

Thank you Dave and everyone at Southeast.

Sales staff was more than willing to listen to what I wanted, not just sell me something. The amount of accessories they carry, or can get was impressive.

Anyone looking to purchase a golf car should definitely go there. I understand they also sell utility type vehicles too. LOOK THESE FOLKS UP!!!!!!

South East is a great place for all your golf car needs. You will be treated with respect they are the best in the business! James is very knowledgeable employee @ south east!
